Personal and Group Training

People in Perth who want to either improve their fitness or start out a new exercise routine, we can provide either Personal training or Group Training options. One hour long sessions include functional training methods, cardiovascular fitness, core stability and education about healthy lifestyles.


Junior Development

Group based activities to increase both cardiovascular fitness and motor skill development. These can be either out of school or through your children's school.

Exercise Rehabilitation

Evidence based exercise programs for people being referred from a GP or for people who feel they need to improve their current or chronic injuries. If you are unsure, please don't hesitate to call us for recommendation.

Corporate Health

We provided a service that can turn your workplace into a healthy and efficient team and is fully tax deductable. The packages can be individualised to your company's needs and requests. A one month tester is available.
